About 5,000 orders are already on the table with dealers, despite the fact that the sale of Cascada starts in spring 2016. Thus, we can say that this model expects success and a good start in sales. The cost of the Cascada convertible will be $ 33,990. It will be equipped with a 1.6 liter turbocharged engine with a capacity of 200 hp. In addition to the engine, it will be equipped with an automatic six-speed gearbox, which transfers all power to the front-wheel drive of the car.
Since it is a convertible, the roof cover can be folded and unfolded in 17 seconds and is acceptable at speeds up to 50 km / h. The roof has good noise and heat insulation, which significantly improves comfort.
On the other hand, there are large 20-inch alloy wheels that seem very large for such a convertible. Small wheel arches and large rims may not cope with bad road driving. Especially when compared to the 18-inch wheels that Audi offers for the standard equipment of the A3 convertible.
